I purchased Office 2021 Home and Business - Single License. I did the offline download and tried to install the image file I downloaded, that all worked well but when I open Excel it requested a product key, I entered the key I purchased but apparently that is a "PIN" not a "Product Key" even though it clearly says "Product Key" above it.
