I'm looking to remove the EGR ( not dpf) from my 2007 mk4 1.8 tdci to give it a good clean. I've read mixed posts, some say tou can remove it without removing the turbo, same say different. Has anyone done this before and how difficult a job is it.

The car has a slight bobble on idle when cold and drives with no misfire or smoke however, no power (like the turbo is not working). Fault code P2263.
