I have done some research and found ways to reset electric windows, but this only applies for windows that can operate somehow. Mine isn't operating at all!

When the P/W CM detects a change in the pulse signal from the power window motor for 0.3 s or more. during the auto close operation, it reverses the power window motor and the door glass opens approx. 200 mm {7 Within a few seconds hold down button on drivers window (one that doesn't work) held it down for approx 20 seconds (window did not move). Held the button up until I heard a click (approx 13 seconds later). Move onto passenger door (use the window button on the passenger door). opened window fully (held button down for additional 5 seconds). All of a sudden my driver's side power window stopped working. 3 other windows work from the same master switchboard (driverside) but driver's side won't work. It's the AUTO down switch btw. When I press the switch, I can hear the solenoid 'clickk' but nothing happens. One minute it goes up and down just fine, and without warning it just quits working. The passenger side switch on that door is the most culprit for this issue. It'll happen to the door switch a lot more frequent, and when it does happen that switch will only power the window up. It looks as if that would be possible, however the clips holding the switch in are extremely strong, I found it easier to remove the centre console top first.
